LEARNING OUTSIDE

The new book ‘Garden Power’ has been published and is a wonderful collection of short stories. The authors are: Maysoon Ali, Amelia Baako, Carali Braham, Dylan French, Dejon Garwood, Mekhi Johnson-Plummer, Reiss Miller, Tyra Banks Nakaleya, Justice Nana-Agyepong, Blessing Ndombele, Charlie O’Connor, Esther Roach, Vidita Sontakey, Kornela Szkopek and Idriss Tome.

ATTENDANCE AND PUNCTUALITY

Attendance is checked every term. If you are aiming for 100% keep it up. Any pupils with attendance below 90% will be sent a letter and monitored. If attendance does not improve you will be called to an attendance panel. All latecomers MUST sign in at the School Office using the touch screen on the wall. Regular lateness is disruptive to your child’s education. Please ensure they are in school and on time. Best attendance goes to Wild Cherry class – 97.2%

GOODBYE AND THANK YOU

We say goodbye and thank you to Ms Ellery who is going to take up an Assistant Head post in September. A big thank you to Mrs Kashani for her dedication to our pupils and families through the role of School Business Manager as she retires. We also wish the Imrie family every success in Canada and thank Sarah for her work as chair of the PTA and for transforming our library and Bryan for his work on our website.
